Sakka Ten 2018: Hotel

Enterprise located in Alcarràs (Lleida) which produces and sells bonsai trees and pre-bonsai of high quality and wide range.
Leading this enterprise, we can find Adolf Sala, a great professional with many years of experience.

Sakka Ten 2018: Fair's Professionals (Aka Cerámica)

Today we are going to  give more details about another confirmed professional for the Fair that will take place during Sakka Ten 2018 Congress.

Aka Cerámica:

It Is an enterprise located in Sagàs (Barcelona) and which elaborates ceramic pieces related to bonsai world. All their products are handcrafted and they are heated in a wood oven made by themselves.

The author of these pieces is Jordi Rovira Valls, owner and creator of Aka cerámica.

Sakka Ten 2018: Fair's Professionals (Kensho)

We continue giving more individual details of the confirmed stands for the Fair which will take place during Sakka Ten 2018 Congress.

Kensho Mediterranean Sake:

Kensho is an enterprise which was founded and promoted by Humbert Conti and Meritxell Jardí and which elaborates Sake, Miso and Koji. Their products are made with Premium rice from Delta del Ebro and Benassal water. Their Sake is considered one of the best around Europe and has received different important awards as the Golden Star ITQI, Superior Taste Award Sake category in 2017.

Moreover, they will offer us a conference/ taste among the activities in the congress where they will talk about the history, philosophy and elaboration of Sake.

Centre which is located in  the city of Terrassa (Barcelona) and which is specialised in bonsai and bonsai accessories and which has more than 20 years of experience.
It has got a school/workshop which is held by Ramón Pineda, an excellent professional.
